Now Brady's turn.....

Well, our baby boy is now 6 years old. At school they had "cowboy day" and it fit into his schedule perfectly. He is a cowboy through and through, at least in his eyes!! He and his friends got to celebrate his 6th birthday with a Movie Party and then Bahama Bucks for shaved ice and cupcakes. Fun was had by ALL!!!

Brady is also playing T-Ball with "The Sluggbugs" and is having a blast. He got to play short-stop at the last game, made several OUTS and made a HOME RUN!!!! He was so excited, he stood on the field, both hands in the air, jumping up and down, with those dimples shining. It was a proud moment for us all!!

Brady graduated from Kindergarten. He was SO cute walking down the isle with the Pomp and Circumstance March playing in the background. Brought tears to my eyes, thinking that one day soon it will be from High School ....... sniffle ..... tear..... I want to hold on to them at this age, forever. They grow up WAY to fast!

He is one smart cookie and has done very well in Kindergarten. He is very ready for the 1st grade, although, he told me he was nervous about leaving his favorite teacher, Mrs. Perkins.

Baleigh updates first......

Well, I know it's been a while .... too busy to say!

This family is on the go ALL the time!

Baleigh passed both of her TAKS tests. She passed reading COMMENDED and math almost! This is such a HUGH accomplishment for Baleigh, considering that she was diagnosed with Dyslexia this year. She is such a fighter and we are SO very PROUD of her!!! She has worked SO hard to pass these tests. The Idalou teachers have been amazing!!! They have a dyslexia teacher who has done outstanding things with Baleigh!! She is SO smart and creative!!!!

She also turned the big 9 and she got to celebrate with a swim party with her friends. They all had SO much fun. Everything was flip-flops and hula skirts. Choo Choo made the cupcakes and made a special cake for Baleigh, it looked just like a real flip-flop. It was SO cute! She loved it!

Baleigh is also playing softball with "The Cheetah Girls". Big Daddy and I are helping coach and we are really having a fun time. She is the pitcher and is really learning a lot and playing very well!! The girls have won ALL games in her division.

So off to 4th Grade for Baleigh!!! Way to go baby girl!! We Love You!
